Pujya Sri Swamiji in Melbourne 2017 - Hanuman Chalisa Parayana
Parama Pujya Sri Swamiji travelled Auckland in New Zealand to Melbourne in Australia on 8th February 2017. Upon arrival in the Datta Yoga Centre Ashrama in Little river town, Pujya Swamiji was received with Purnakumbham and Datta Stava. Members of Datta Yoga centre explained to Pujya Sri Swamiji the activities they held at the centre over the year.
Pujya Sri Swamiji toured the grounds of the centre on 9th February evening.
On 10th February 2017 morning,Pujya Sri Swamiji cut a cake to celebrate the first anniversary of the current centre. (It was assumed on 26 January 2016). Menbers of Australia Datta Yoga Centre apprised Sri Swamiji about the developments and programs being held since one year.
Sri Swamiji explained the new Augmented Reality app, intelligent wearable based meditation app being developed by Ashrama.
Later Sri Swamiji visited Otway nature park which is famous of Tree top walk. Sri Swamiji admired the mature and tall Eucalyptus trees. Walking over these tall trees was a unique experience.
On 11th February, Sri Swamiji led mis Hanuman Chalisa chanting at Suzanne Cory auditorium in Werribee town near the DYC Centre. Over 500 persons participated in the nine times Chalisa chanting program. Indian consul in Melbourne, Ms. Manika Jain lit the lamp. Pujya Swamiji performed Hanuman Ashtottara Puja and offered Arati to Pancha Mukha Hanuman idol.
Pujya Sri Swamiji explained the possibility of a Hanuman Mandir construction in DYC Ashrama at Little River and exhorted the audience to participate actively. Then, Hanuman Chalisa was chanted 9 times. After the Parayana, DYC Australia members Sri.Manjunath & Smt.Lakshmi Manjunath offered a Vada Mala to Pujya Guru Deva. Sri.Sambamurthy, member of DYC Australia proposed vote of thanks.
Many in the audience were eager to meet Pujya Sri Swamiji and seek Blessings. Sri Swamiji patiently met everyone and blessed them with Shwetaarka Raksha.
