Vajrotsava - 75 Birthday Celebrations of Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji - 24 May 2017
In the morning, Sri Swamiji inaugurated the office in Shukavana and honoured Sri. Sunil of Live’n Style of Mysuru.
After arriving in Nada Mantapa, Pujya Sri Swamiji performed Gau Puja, Purnahuti of Homa and Sri Chakra Puja.

Kala Nidhi awardee Sri K.Viswanath, eminent movie director spoke and thanked Sri Swamiji for conferring the Kala Nidhi title. He spoke about his several visits to Datta Peetham and discussions with Pujya Sri Swamiji. Datta Peetha Bandhu awardee & editor of Star of Mysore news paper, Sri K.B.Ganapathy spoke and recalled the moments from 1970 when his friend and a post office official who spoke about the mystical powers of Sri Swamiji.
Later, Sri Swamiji released “Parrots in Shukavana” a pictorial & information book for children on the birds in Shukavana. It was offered by members of Datta Yoga Centre, Switzerland.
Sri Swamiji released “Majhe Shukajagat”, a Marathi translation of english book “My parrots”. Smt.Suchita Kumtekar, translator of the book offered it to Pujya Swamiji.
Sri Swamiji also released Telugu book “Nadapinche Bhakti” written by Vid.Rani Subbaiah Dikshitulu. The book is a collection of Pujya Sri Swamiji inspiring speeches giving in villages during the January 2017 Andhra Pradesh tour.
In the evening, a Jugalbandi music concert of violin by Dr.Mysore Manjunath & Bansuri by Vid.Ronumujumdar was held.
They played a Pallavi on Pujya Sri Swamiji composed by Sri Bala Swamiji.
