Parama Pujya Sri Swamiji visited Taiwan from 28 December 2017 to 4 January 2018. This was Sri Swamiji's first ever visit to Taiwan. Sri Swamiji was visiting to give a Music for Meditation and healing concert in Taipei on 31 December 2017. This was the first ever concert to happen on the last day of the year. Many devotees cherished this ending of a year with Swamiji's music and welcoming the year with Sadguru Darshana. This Taiwan visit of His Holiness was organized by Yogini Kaliji and her Tri Yoga team of volunteers.
Earlier, on 29 December, Sri Swamiji gave Darshana to devotees on the occasion of Vaikuntha Ekadashi.Sri.Tummala Murali from KSHT Dallas spoke abiout Sri Swamiji journey from Mysuru on 9th December 2017 to Mantralaya, USA & Taiwan. Sri Praveen Narra offered a Vaishnava Lanchana Shiro Vastram to Pujya Sri Swamiji on the sacred occasion of Vaikuntha Ekadashi festival.
On 30th Sri Swamiji blessed a Yoga conference of Yogini Kaliji. Later Sri Swamiji and devotees visited National palace museum. Later in the evening, Sri Swamiji gave interview to a "Amazing Magazine" - a well known wellness magazine in Taiwan. It focusses on the idea of wellness of mind body and soul.
On 31st evening was Nada Geeta Raga Saga - Music for meditation and healing - the first ever concert of Sri Swamiji in Taiwan.
The concert was held in Eslite performance hall at 7 PM. Sri Swamiji played Raga Kiravani as main meditation and healing raga. Information about the Raga and its efficacy was shown on the large screen behind Sri Swamiji on stage.
Sri Jaitra on Violin, Sri Mani on harmonium, Sri Ramesh on Mridangam, Sri Mahesh on Tabala and Sri Ramanujan on Morsing were blessed to accompany Sri Swamiji on stage.
On 1st morning, Sri Swamiji gave Darshana to devotees. Sri Swamiji released a 2018 calendar highlighting the 12 Karya Siddhi Hanuman shrines installed by Sri Swamiji world wide. The calendar was produced by Sri.Praveen Narra - Parivar photographer. It was presented to His Holiness by Sri.Sudheer Narra.
On 2nd Sri Swamiji visited nearby national park where sulphur steam from erstwhile volcano can be seen. Sri Swamiji also visited floriculture release facility near Taipei.
On 3rd, Sri Swamiji travelled by train to Wanjing Yuan in Chingua county and visited Wanjing art gallery of acclaimed Bonsai Master, Mr.Chen Tsang Shing. The 30 acres of landscaped gardens were beautiful. His collection of Red Sandalwood furniture was extensive.
On 4th January 2018, Tri Yoga celebrated it's 38th anniversary of the spontaneous Yoga flow in Yogini Kaliji. Sri Swamiji blessed Kaliji and her students. They explained the detailed and meticulous planning that went in to Pujya Swamiji's maiden visit to Taiwan.
