16 Datta Temples/Shodasa Datta Kshetras for the sixteen aspects of Lord Dattatreya were consecrated by Sri Swamiji.


Gandigunta is a tiny agricultural village that has the distinction of having one of the sixteen special Datta Temples. The Datta incarnation here is Sri Datta Digambara. The Kumbhabhishekam was performed in 1991. A Navagraha temple, and a Yagasala were also built.

 

The Shobhanadri Hall here is the first centrally air conditioned Prayer Hall-cum-Kalyana Mantapam in any SGS ashram in India.
